MERCEDES-BENZ PARRAMATTA 2018 MERCEDESTROPHY GOLF DAY The Mercedes-Benz Parramatta 2018 MercedesTrophy Golf Day was a huge success with three players making it through to the national finals and $12,000 raised for children’s charity Brainwave. The Golf Day was held at one of New South Wales' finest golf courses, Castle Hill Country Club, on 10 April with a shotgun start for the 108 registered players. Mercedes-Benz Parramatta, Dealer Principal, Meon Nehrybecki says the event is always the start of an exciting journey that has the potential to take the top three scorers all the way to Germany to represent Australia at the MercedesTrophy World Final in Stuttgart this October. “The spirit of the event is relaxed and light hearted, and a great opportunity for those with like-minded interests to come together for the day,” Mr Nehrybecki says. “We had an exciting opportunity to win a Mercedes-Benz A-Class for anyone who scored a Hole In One and, while one player did, unfortunately it wasn't the right hole. “An auction to raise funds for Brainwave was much more successful with $12,000 pledged to go towards assisting children and families affected by neurological illness.” Congratulations to the three winners who will play in the national finals: 1st Eric Thoo, 1st Runner-up Darren Davis, and 2nd Runner-up Suk Ho Seo. 30 ON THE FLOOR MERCEDES-BENZ PARRAMATTA
