ZAIN MUNIF New Car Sales Manager What does your role at Mercedes-Benz Parramatta involve? Ensuring that every guest who walks through our doors receives a positive, unique and memorable experience and leaves with a lasting impression of Mercedes-Benz Parramatta. Can you tell me what you did before working at Mercedes-Benz Parramatta? I have worked in sales and customer service all my life, and I have been fortunate enough to work for large international organisations. I started my career here at Mercedes-Benz Parramatta about five years ago and during my time here I have worked in different fields of the sales arena that have given me a broad perspective of our business. What does the Mercedes-Benz brand mean to you? Passion, respect, integrity, discipline and excellence are the basis of our daily business and our business relations. The Best or Nothing is not only our philosophy, but the crux of our business. What are some of your hobbies/activities outside work? I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy following the F1. It hasn’t been the greatest start to the 2018 season, but I’m sure the Mercedes-AMG team will get back to their winning form soon. What is your favourite Mercedes-Benz vehicle and why? I can’t go past our iconic AMG G 63. It’s just a unique and cool car that always turns heads. There is nothing else like it on the market. My role comprises a few different components that combine to help my sales team achieve their professional goals on a day-to-day basis, and at the same time achieve our collective goal to be the best Mercedes-Benz retailer in Australia. Can you tell me what you did before working at Mercedes-Benz Parramatta? I was finishing my university degree and working three part-time jobs. I travelled overseas in between semester breaks and in the midst of it all I met the love of my life – whom I can’t wait to marry next month. What does the Mercedes-Benz brand mean to you? The Mercedes-Benz brand is a way of life, and over the years I have met so many amazing people and forged incredible relationships that go far beyond purchasing a brand new car; they become part of my family at our dealership and that is my motivation and what keeps me going. What are some of your hobbies/activities outside work? Outside of work I'm a part of a soccer and basketball team, and I visit the gym a few times per week. Being active and healthy is a big part of my lifestyle. I try my best to spend time with my fiancé even though she always wants to go shopping. I'm a big fan of Jamie Oliver; cooking is a big passion of mine. What is your favourite Mercedes-Benz vehicle and why? Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG without a shadow of a doubt.
